The consistency dilemma for artists

In 1989 David Wolfman, originally from the Xaxli"p (HA-CLIP) Band of Lillooet, in British Columbia, was a busy new Toronto area chef who specialized in Aboriginal cuisine. In addition to his growing catering business he cooked for a charitable institution on Spadina in Toronto and taught cooking classes and Aboriginal customs in Oshawa at Durham College. Since then, David has enjoyed a meteoric career that includes eight successful seasons as host, writer and executive producer of his own TV cooking show, Cooking with the Wolfman. He is also busy building a new restaurant while continuing his work as culinary arts professor at George Brown College in Toronto.
